We are looking for a person who loves the finer detail and working with people. This is a full-time, permanent position working throughout the South Canterbury region.

The Heat Pump Shop has been installing and servicing heat pumps since 2005 and prides itself on customer satisfaction and high quality workmanship. We service all major brands but specialise in Mitsubishi Electric. We have a large client base with a variety of customers.

We have a culture of teamwork and camaraderie. We support each other wherever we can to get the job done to the highest quality and efficiency while having some laughs along the way.

What does the job involve?

* Undertaking thorough servicing of heat pump systems in the timeframe allocated

* Noting and reporting any faults or work required

* Ensure all equipment supplied for servicing is maintained and kept in good working order

* Follow up with paperwork after each job daily

* Liaising with customers and administration staff

What are we looking for?

* Someone who is extremely detail orientated

* Someone who likes flexibility in their work

* Confidence to call and visit customers

* Someone that is caring/compassionate towards customers

* Great at building relationships with workmates and customers

* Holds current drivers licence

* A great sense of humour and up for a bit of fun

* A calm but professional manner

* Physically fit and able to lift

* Confident to work on a ladder and in ceiling spaces

* Must be a New Zealand citizen or have the full right to work in New Zealand

Full on-the-job training will be provided along with uniform, phone and work vehicle.
